WCAG 2.2 AA target

We design and build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA. We continuously test and improve the experience and we welcome reports of any barriers you encounter.

What you can expect

Keyboard navigation

Every interactive control — links, buttons, menus, dialogs — is reachable and operable using a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.

Screen reader compatibility

Pages use semantic HTML, accessible names on icons and live regions for status updates so screen readers can announce what is happening.

Contrast & motion

Text and interactive elements meet AA contrast ratios. We respect 'reduce motion' preferences for animations.

Mobile & responsive

Touch targets meet recommended size guidance and the experience adapts to small screens and assistive zoom.

If you cannot use part of our service because of an accessibility barrier, please tell us. We will respond within 5 business days and aim to fix the issue or offer an alternative way to complete your task.
