What you're buying when you buy an A.R.I.A Mobile eSIM
A plain-English summary of how our service is built, what it does, and where the realistic limits are.
A.R.I.A Mobile is a data connectivity service
A.R.I.A Mobile provides data connectivity services. Unless an individual plan explicitly states otherwise, our eSIMs do not include traditional voice calling, SMS messaging, or guaranteed access to local emergency services. Voice and messaging continue to work over data using apps you already use (WhatsApp, FaceTime, iMessage, Signal, etc.).
How our network works
Network partners
We deliver connectivity through agreements with established telecommunications operators and roaming aggregators around the world. In each country, your device connects to one or more local partner networks — A.R.I.A Mobile does not build or run its own radio infrastructure.
Coverage expectations
Coverage is estimated from partner network footprints and can vary inside buildings, on transport, in rural areas and during maintenance windows. We publish per-country coverage and the included networks where this information is available.
Fair usage
To keep service quality stable for all customers, plans are subject to a Fair Usage Policy. See the full Fair Usage Policy.
Traffic management
We may shape, throttle or restrict specific categories of traffic (for example, abusive, fraudulent or prohibited use) in line with partner network rules and applicable law. We do not inspect the content of your communications.
Things we don't guarantee
- Continuous availability in every location or at every moment.
- Minimum data speeds, latency or jitter.
- Access to specific local services (e.g. national emergency numbers, banking app verification).
- Access in jurisdictions that restrict roaming, eSIM use, or our service.
- Service during partner network maintenance or outages.
