Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the A.R.I.A Mobile Terms of Service and applies to all users, customers, organisations, fleet operators, referral participants and any person accessing or using A.R.I.A Mobile services. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that Services are used lawfully, responsibly and in a manner that protects customers, networks, infrastructure partners and the wider public.

Failure to comply with this Policy may result in suspension, restriction or termination of Services without notice.

- eSIM services
- Data bundles
- Subscription plans
- Top-up services
- Business and fleet services
- Customer accounts
- Websites and applications
- Referral programmes
- Support systems
2. Compliance With Laws
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in every jurisdiction in which Services are used. You must not use Services for any unlawful purpose.
3. Prohibited Activities — Illegal Activity
You must not use Services to:
- Commit criminal offences
- Facilitate unlawful conduct
- Circumvent legal restrictions
- Violate sanctions or export controls
- Access services where prohibited by law
4. Prohibited Activities — Fraud
- Commit payment fraud
- Conduct identity fraud
- Use stolen payment methods
- Engage in account takeovers
- Manipulate referral programmes
- Obtain services dishonestly
5. Prohibited Activities — Network Abuse
- Attempt to interfere with telecommunications networks
- Circumvent network restrictions
- Exploit vulnerabilities
- Generate excessive automated traffic
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks
- Use Services to attack third-party systems
6. Prohibited Activities — Malicious Activity
- Distribute malware
- Distribute ransomware
- Operate botnets
- Facilitate cybercrime
- Host phishing infrastructure
- Conduct credential theft
7. Prohibited Activities — Unauthorised Access
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems
- Interfere with authentication mechanisms
- Bypass security controls
- Access data without permission
8. Telecommunications Abuse
You must not:
- Resell Services without written authorisation
- Operate unauthorised telecommunications services
- Use Services to conceal unlawful activity
- Misrepresent network identity
- Circumvent roaming restrictions
- Manipulate provisioning systems
9. Excessive or Abnormal Usage
Services are intended for legitimate personal, professional and business use. We may investigate usage patterns that appear excessive, automated, artificial, fraudulent or commercially abusive. Examples include unusual data consumption, automated traffic generation, traffic designed to exploit pricing structures, and activity inconsistent with normal usage. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend Services where abuse is identified.
10. Referral Programme Abuse
You must not create multiple accounts to obtain credits, use false identities, generate artificial referrals, manipulate promotional campaigns, or circumvent reward limitations. Referral abuse may result in removal of credits, account suspension or account termination.
11. Business and Fleet Accounts
Business customers are responsible for all users operating under their organisation. Organisations must ensure authorised users comply with this Policy. A.R.I.A Mobile may suspend individual users or entire organisations where necessary to protect Services.
12. Intellectual Property
Except where permitted by law, you must not copy proprietary software, reverse engineer platform functionality, remove copyright notices, misuse trademarks, or create unauthorised derivative works.
13. Content Restrictions
You must not use Services to transmit, distribute or facilitate:
- Illegal content
- Child exploitation material
- Terrorist content
- Extremist content
- Fraudulent content
- Malware
- Intellectual property infringement
- Defamatory content where unlawful
14. Sanctions and Restricted Territories
Services may not be used in jurisdictions subject to applicable sanctions, in territories where provision of Services is prohibited, or by sanctioned individuals or entities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services where sanctions concerns arise.
15. Security Monitoring
To protect networks and Services, A.R.I.A Mobile may monitor authentication events, provisioning events, security logs, fraud indicators and service performance metrics. Monitoring is conducted in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
16. Enforcement
Where we reasonably believe a breach has occurred, we may:
- Issue warnings
- Restrict Services
- Suspend Services
- Terminate Services
- Remove credits
- Cancel promotions
- Disable accounts
- Report activity to authorities
- Cooperate with investigations
17. Appeals
Customers who believe enforcement action was taken incorrectly may contact support@ariamobile.co.uk. We may request additional information before reviewing a decision. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.
18. Liability
A.R.I.A Mobile shall not be liable for losses arising from enforcement action taken in good faith to protect Services, customers, networks or legal obligations.
19. Changes to This Policy
We may amend this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of any revised version.
