Accessibility Statement

This is the formal versioned record of A.R.I.A Mobile's accessibility commitments. For the customer-facing summary and reporting form, see /accessibility.

1. Target standard

We design and build against WCAG 2.2 conformance level AA across our public website and customer portal.

2. Compatibility

We aim to support keyboard-only operation, modern screen readers, browser zoom up to 200%, and 'reduce motion' user preferences.

3. Known limitations

Where we are aware of gaps, we publish them on /accessibility and prioritise their remediation. Customers can report further issues via the channels listed there.

4. Review

This statement is reviewed at least annually and after material changes to the customer experience.
