Business Terms
These Business Terms apply to organisations purchasing A.R.I.A Mobile eSIM services for use by their personnel, contractors or fleet.
1. Commercial use
Service is licensed for use by the named organisation and its authorised users. Resale, sub-licensing or onward provision to third parties is prohibited without a separate written agreement.
2. Bulk provisioning
Organisation administrators may bulk-purchase plans and assign eSIM profiles to team members. Each ICCID may only be installed and activated on a single device.
3. Commercial pricing
Business pricing is confirmed at checkout. Volume pricing requires a separate written quote. Charges incurred in test mode do not bind either party.
4. Service restrictions
Business plans are subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Tethering, hotspot, VPN and roaming behaviour follow the same fair-use and operator rules as consumer plans.
5. Enterprise support
Business customers receive support via support@ariamobile.co.uk. Priority response targets, if any, are recorded in your individual order or contract.
6. Liability
Our liability to business customers is capped at the fees paid in the previous 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect loss including loss of profit, revenue or data.
